Jess brings over 22 years of experience in the beauty industry and opened Jade Salon 11 years ago. Her passion for hairstyling was sparked by a personal experience—having thin hair as a young girl, Jess got extensions, and the transformation was life-changing. She realized the confidence that hair can give and has dedicated her career to helping others feel the same.

Starting as a makeup artist, Jess quickly expanded into hairstyling, and today, her favorite services are color, extensions, and makeup. She loves nothing more than making her clients feel confident and beautiful, both inside and out.

Jess’s approach to client care is rooted in building strong personal connections. She believes the consultation is everything—it’s the moment where she gets to understand her client not just professionally but personally as well.

Suzy joined the VIVE Salon team in November 2023, bringing over a decade of experience in the beauty industry. She attended beauty school in 2012, where she first met Jess, and the two worked together for about a year before reconnecting at VIVE.

Suzy’s passion for creating beauty and art through her hands is what inspired her to become a stylist. She believes that getting to know her clients on a personal level is key to delivering a truly customized and meaningful service. For her, each appointment is an opportunity to provide care and attention that reflects her deep love for the craft and her values.

When working with clients, Suzy's goal is to ask the right questions that help uncover their true needs while making them feel completely at ease—like they’re catching up with an old friend. She specializes in makeup and special effects makeup, where her artistic side shines as she collaborates with clients to create something personal and unique.

Rosita has been in the beauty industry since June 2015 when she began cosmetology school and graduated in March 2016. Her passion for hairstyling began at the young age of 10 when she was the go-to person in her family for doing her cousins' hair while they spent time together. This early experience sparked her love for creating beauty and connecting with others through hair.

When working with clients, Rosita always asks them what they’d like to change about their hair, making sure to guide the conversation toward what will best suit their hair type and lifestyle. She enjoys styling hair and loves the satisfaction of seeing a look come together, especially when it involves cutting and shaping long hairstyles.

Jennifer joined the beauty industry at the age of 18 and has been with VIVE Salon for almost two years after graduating from cosmetology school a little over a year ago. Her passion for all things beauty—nails, makeup, and hair—has always been a driving force in her life. Jennifer finds joy in helping others feel confident and express their unique styles, making it truly rewarding to enhance someone’s self-image and help them feel their best.

In her approach to working with clients, Jennifer focuses on creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. She prioritizes truly listening to their ideas and collaborating closely to achieve a final result that brings them joy. Ensuring that clients feel understood and valued is her top priority during every appointment.

Jennifer specializes in haircutting, hair color, and makeup services. These areas allow her to unleash her creativity while positively impacting her clients' appearance and confidence. Whether crafting the perfect haircut or enhancing someone’s features with makeup, she loves helping people uncover their unique style and feel their absolute best.

Maria Aleman has been an essential part of the VIVE Salon team for the past three years. She began her journey as a receptionist, helping with tasks like washing hair and assisting Jess wherever needed. Introduced to the salon by Suzy, Maria quickly embraced her role and has grown alongside the team, overcoming both personal and professional challenges. These experiences have only strengthened the bond between her and the salon staff. Maria is truly grateful to be part of such a talented and supportive group, and she deeply appreciates the trust and opportunities given to her by Jess and Suzy.

As the Salon Manager, Maria focuses on making every client feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment they enter. She prides herself on ensuring that each person leaves the salon feeling refreshed, confident, and delighted with their new look.
